Services
Now offering counselling services in English and Mandarin
We offer three different types of counselling - individual, couples, and family. Please click on each for a description to help you decide on what is best for your situation.
Individual Counselling
Individual therapy focuses on you, although you may bring in challenges that involve others.
Healing is possible.
An important ingredient that fosters healing is a space that supports vulnerability, gives hope, and enhances your agency. Imagine such a space - where you can be yourself and have an open and honest conversation without the fear of judgement or repercussion. What would it be like to feel truly understood, felt, and heard? What would it be like to feel accepted as you are before exploring alternate ways of acting or being? Individual counselling is such a space.

Couples Counselling
In couples therapy, the focus is on the dynamics and patterns of interaction between two persons. Couples come to therapy for different reasons. Some are newlyweds who want to forge a healthy marriage from the start. Others have shared decades together and are now realizing the possibility of healthier ways of connecting. Still others find themselves somewhere in between, their relational dance out-of-sync and their daily interactions stuck in painful patterns with no reprieve in sight.
Change is possible. We can help.

Family Counselling
Families can sometimes find themselves stuck in a gridlock. After trying everything, the way they relate to one another only ends up in further hurt, disappointment, or resentment. What they really need are some alternative ways to connect and new perspectives on one another. This is where family counselling comes in.
Change is possible.
